g. OEE) and strategic goals : as defined in the plant strategy.
Integrate and balance all interests affecting the serial life production : volume demands, quality alerts, technological trials, customer visits and audits, productivity and cost targets, safety and ergonomic regulations, availability of workforce, equipment or material downtime, BU visits, employee engagement and competence.
Act as coach and support the development of the Line Leaders.
Responsible to distribute work capacity based on planned line volumes, to maximize earned vs. burned time.
Approver of Work Instructions, Quality Instructions and all documents that have to be followed by own employees.
Ensure availability and competence level of production employees in own responsibility.
Is part of the escalation process as defined in flow
Ensures the implementation of best lean tools and methods, in line with the CBS roadmap : Gemba walk, 5S and Visual management, CIM, Jidoka, Standard Work (MTM), 6 Sigma, TPM, Workplace Design, Productivity Programs (APMS), Value Stream Design, Kata.
Responsible for the productivity improvement in own area of responsibility.
Participate as technical interviewer in hiring processes for new team members.
Responsible for the continual professional development of his / her team members
Closely monitor the integration of new team members. Prepare all required logistics, nominate a mentor for integration, define integration goals and define a detailed integration plan.
Perform the yearly and mid year performance assessment of team members. Maintain accurate al required documents : personal history, individual goals, position description and employee dialogue.
Maintain an up to date competency (training) matrix and prepare the effectiveness checks
Support the company's efforts in developing a company culture focused on business performance, ethics and feedback
Maintain a good motivation and loyalty of the team members.
Act as role model in displaying the company values and general constructive behavior in relation to : business, clients, work safety and environmental protection, communication and collaboration with other teams
4-5 years automotive professional experience
Knowledge of the automotive standard processes
Knowledge on quality techniques
MS Office knowledge
Advanced English language skills
