Thus we are looking to fill the following position : RO-CJ-Cluj-Napoca-CLU00000W Your Challenge
Develop recruiting strategy and ensures alignment with overall strategic plan and goals of the Company;
Develop strong relationships with internal clients from Germany to fulfill their hiring needs ;
Effectively consult with HR Busines Partners and Hiring Managers located in Germany to understand their talent needs;
Manage multiple searches simultaneously;
Conduct external searches through strategic sources (web based job boards, print ads, online mining techniques, etc.);
Compile passive candidate target lists though research, cold calling, phone screens, social and professional networking;
Screen candidate to assess skill & culture fit and present qualified candidates to hiring managers ;
Participate / facilitate interview for senior leadership or critical roles efficiently;
Lead the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience;
Manage candidate assessment process; evaluate skill level, oversee background / reference checks and any necessary testing, etc.
Assess sourcing effectiveness and manage sourcing investments.
University (BS or Master) degree;
Minimum 2-3 year experience in house and / or in a recruitment agency / HR experience;
Flunecy in English and German languages;
Strong organization and project management skills;
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines;
Ability to utilize market research tools and techniques;
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
