With the help of some advanced sensors (camera, radar, lidar, etc), we are making it possible for :
Warning the driver if the car leaves the lane or the road
Automatic steer intervention, if the driver fails to notice the warning
Continuous automatic steer interventions, in order to drive the car on highways
Adaptive Cruise Control Functions(it’s not the limiter you might have heard of )
Emergency braking functions. You might have heard of it, even drove it, but never had the courage to try it. We can fix that.
And there’s more to come. We can’t disclose everything in this advertise.
So, this is who we are, that is what we do.
What do we need you for? We need you, to be one. The one who stands in front of customers and makes sure that the project team delivers.
We call this an FLE. Function Lead Engineer.
Once you become a part of our family, you would be needed to help us, with the following :
Understand the customer needs and ensure that the customer needs are communicated to the team you represent
Plan and tracks all function development activities according to customer / internal milestones, required scope and quality
Connect and tie together the team involved in function development
Communicate, align and negotiate technical aspects with our customer
Ensure proper validation of the assigned function.
Provide support in solving the issues, or in bringing improvements.
Propagate the information and the knowledge we bring to you.

We would be good with your smartness, but process is process.
So, it would help you a lot if :
You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
Have some proof of having gone to a technical school : University Degree (i.e. Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, Informatics, ...)
Could sustain a discussion about project management methods and experiences
Understand how a car works, how embedded systems work or you are keen to learn about
Logic is above all things
You understand know how a complicated problem is solved : structure and decompose complex technical topics in simple and easy subcomponents
Had contact with various disciplines and areas of a project (requirements, test, development)
You have initiative, and you are not afraid to use it
Keep yourself together and do not forget tasks and milestones (planning, organizing)
Polite, trustful, dependable. We are a family, remember?
