What you will do :
Provide initial remote technical software & hardware support;
Analyze problems, understand problem impact on clients’ businesses, while applying problem-solving techniques;
Respond to client queries and provide timely resolutions to client issues;
Maintain good client relationships even in harsh situations;
Act in international software support delivery processes and environments;
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone or electronically;
Consistently communicate with customer and supervisors to have the issues solved;
Redirect problems to the optimum resource;
Stay informed with system information, changes and updates;
Ensure that the process conformity and SLAs are accomplished.
What you must have :
Fluency in German & English (both written and verbal);
Excellent communication and listening skills;
Strong communication and teamwork skills;
Fast learning capabilities;
Availability to work in shifts.
