As a Team Leader you will :
Provide technical solutions for your team, in the area of responsibility;
Plan and monitor the execution of all activities / tasks in order to meet due dates according to clients requirements;
Provide / approve work packages estimations or quotes from his / her team;
Assign tasks to team members, according to their internal function, competences and capabilities, with the involvement of the direct superior when necessary, in order to increase team performance;
Ensure cross-functional communication in order to improve information flow inside the team;
Keep the contact with the business partners (e.g. Discipline Project Leader, Technical Project Leader, Project Manager);
Organize regular team meetings in order to communicate administrative topics and project related information;
Mentor and / or coach team members, when necessary, on technical topics in order to obtain expected project results;
Offer input to direct superior in the definition of the hiring plan for his / her team;
Be involved in all steps of the hiring process of new team members when requested;
Perform regular meeting with all direct reports, in order to monitor performance, motivation, give & receive feedback, discuss the road map and plan actions if necessary;
Perform the evaluation of new team members at the end of the integration period, based on job description, position description, set targets and performance;
Contribute to process improvement;
Escalate to his / her superior project / administrative issues which need higher management decision / approval / review;
Respect the confidentiality of information he / she has access to inside the company;
Respect information security and data protection regulations.
Job Requirements :
Knowledge of technical standard processes and quality techniques;
Internal administrative and technical tools (Configuration & Change Management, HR specific, MS Office etc.);
Knowledge about business environment (general market conditions for the product working on, information about the customers, information about the labour market);
Business Administration Know-How (financial and business knowledge etc.);
University degree within area specific technical background;
More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field;
Human Resources Management (team management, HR procedures / processes / policies etc.).
