Higer education (university degree), preferabil economics area;
Have 7-10 years of experience in sales&distribution, with minimum 5 years of national sales management;
Excellent knowledge of FMCG market;
Relevant experience in Direct and Indirect Distribution, including KAM and HORECA;
Experience in managing cross functional projects;
Experience in managing sales based on a solid P&L approach;
Experience / exposure to FMCG multinational companies;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Planning, organizing&time management skills.
Creative and analytical thinking to create and formulate new solutions to complex sales problems;
Hands-on, action-oriented, problem solver;
Ability to adapt leadership style to different audiences, flexibility;
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal is a must;

Purpose of the job :
To initiate, develop, communicate, monitor the execution and evaluate implementation of the Sales Strategy for Romania, in line with the overall company strategy, resulting in the realization of the objectives, with a strong emphasis on profitability.
Key responsabilities :
Strategic Planning&Strategy Execution
Formalize development of a sales strategy for Romania, in line with the overall strategy for the group,resulting in a consolidated Sales Plan, approved and ready for execution;
Monitor and take corrective actions in case of deviations, in line with the overall Romania CPE Strategy, resulting in the agreed upon objectives;
Closely collaborate with General Management, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing for all strategic aspects of the business;
Establish an effective and efficient sales team for all channels (including price, promotion and conditions policies);
Manage the development of a reliable sales forecast, resulting in optimized stock levels for all categories;
Steer the process of monitoring, analyzing and reporting on trends and developments in the relevant market sectors, per category, in line with the sales strategy of the company, resulting in the timely availability of accurate market information which can be translated into choices, priorities and business activities;
Mantain liaison, as required, with all partners (e.g. reporting lines with existing and potential suppliers, etc)
Constantly be on the lookout for consolidating existing channels and developing additional sales&distribution networks;
Key Account Management&HORECA channel
Acquire new and develop existing relationships with key accounts, in line with the sales strategy resulting in increased sales and profitability;
Manage the financial process (P&L Level), in compliance with Parmafood finance management policy.
Manage allocated teams and the corresponding humann resources management processes, resulting in the desired organizational structure, culture and workforce performance.
Identify talented people and develop a successful team, motivated and eggaged;
Establish objectives for the team, manage and coach for performance and assess results;
Change Management :
Challenge current processes / practices identifying improvements where applicable.
Provide support to other departments / business areas while developing long standing relationships, based on respect and cooperation;
Building strong working relationships with all internal departments and external partners;
Review current processes with a view to continuous improvement with the business function&Finance function.
