1. Daily inventory management

  • Analyzes daily SAP stock vs. physical stock for certain management locations and identifies corrective / preventive methods or actions to improve gross inventory result;
  • Monitors the goods receipts / transfers / bookings for the inventory locations of which it is responsible;
  • Performs periodic archiving of inventory documents for his area of responsibility according to company's policy;
  • Maintains and ensures correct material master data in SAP;
  • 2. Monthly activities

  • Identifies and manages gross inventory reduction initiatives in order to meet and exceed the targets set by the organization;
  • Ensures that the implemented processes are followed, monitored, and effectively optimized at the storage location level;
  • 3. Reporting

  • Prepares reports and meeting presentations related to his / her area of responsibility;
  • Prepares reports that respond to the department's business requirements related to inventory management;
  • Active role in annual inventory count, prepare the locations, define teams for counting process, centralize the results;
  • 4. Legal compliance

  • Check if the inventory management procedures related to Plant Brasov are according to Romanian law, internal procedures and solves the inconsistencies;
  • 5. Continuous improvement

  • Proposes and implements improvements of the procedures and tools related to his / her area of responsibility;
  • 6. Audits

  • Takes part to internal audits performed on the inventory locations of it’s responsibility;
  • 7. Mentoring and integration of new comers

  • Provide coaching to other inventory analyst, junior to his / her function;
  • Act as mentor for the integration period of new colleagues : support the definition of Training Integration Plan, goals for integration and offer further support for a successful integration;
  • Provide training to the team colleagues on topics defined together with the Department Manager;
  • Perform trainings for other departments related to inventory management process;
  • Qualifications

  • Intermediate SAP knowledge;
  • Office Software Intermediate knowledge;
  • Databases basic knowledge;
  • English level expert;
  • Faculty Business Studies / Economics Science / Economics;
  • Minimum 2 years experience on a similar position.
