You will have control of the care programmes for dialysis patients and work closely with the surrounding support team. With the focus on the patient we are searching for talented people who can make a difference.
The role provides specialised nursing care, guidance and advice. Duties include planning, evaluating and delivering patient care, ensuring efficiency and safety with respect to clinical procedures performed, assist with the assessment of nursing care needs, reviewing patient prescriptions and outcomes to ensure meeting defined quality standards.
You will need to be a Registered Nurse and hold a current NMC pin. Full dialysis training can be provided.
