Support in Incident- and Problem management for various applications (e.g. bookIT, welcome, EHS, SAP, etc.) and processes (e.
g. manage access control, booking company cars, manage hazardous substances, etc.)
Create and maintain process documentation
Support the internal customer in setting up projects
As the Interface between our internal customer and software development, help to understand each other
Create functional specifications in order to fulfill the internal customer requirements.
Ensure stable running systems by taking over 2nd Level Support for various Site Infrastructure topics.
Perform functional as well as system integration tests and support in the organization of user acceptance tests.
Create training material and train Key-Users
Cooperate in IT service requests
Professional / graduate education usually acquired through a bachelors
degree or professional certification with limited experience OR advanced vocational / technical training with several years of on-the-job training
First project experience
Flexibility to switch between different applications within the system landscape of Site Infrastructure
Good presentation skills
