Responsibilities :

Define IT solutions for our internal customer Site Infrastructure.

Support in Incident- and Problem management for various applications (e.g. bookIT, welcome, EHS, SAP, etc.) and processes (e.

g. manage access control, booking company cars, manage hazardous substances, etc.)

Create and maintain process documentation

Support the internal customer in setting up projects

As the Interface between our internal customer and software development, help to understand each other

Create functional specifications in order to fulfill the internal customer requirements.

Ensure stable running systems by taking over 2nd Level Support for various Site Infrastructure topics.

  • Document applications / modules worldwide in cooperation with internal customers and software development department;
  • Perform functional as well as system integration tests and support in the organization of user acceptance tests.

    Create training material and train Key-Users

    Cooperate in IT service requests

    Requirements :

    Professional / graduate education usually acquired through a bachelors

    degree or professional certification with limited experience OR advanced vocational / technical training with several years of on-the-job training

  • knowledge of specialized methods, techniques and processes and basic understanding of a body of theoretical knowledge);
  • First project experience

  • First experience in process modeling in one common modeling language;
  • Flexibility to switch between different applications within the system landscape of Site Infrastructure

    Good presentation skills

  • Basic experience in application configuration and maintenance;
  • Good English language skills;
