Summary of Role :
As a Customer Representative with transcosmos, you will be primarily responsible for providing level 1 customer support via phone or email in French language, assisting existing customers and end business-
users with installation / troubleshooting for their new Automotive software products.
Key Duties :
In-bound calls and emails from new customers (via phone, chat and / or email).
Provide timely, high-quality responses to external and internal customer.
Respond promptly and accurately regarding escalation resolutions.
Provide high level professional Customer Care services in an efficient manner.
To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
To log all calls on the call logging system.
Respond to enquiries from clients and help resolve and application hardware or software problems.
Ensure that all customer contacts are handled in a timely and effective manner and within SLA.
Identify any service related issues and escalate to the Team Leader.
Fluent French and English language skills (both written and oral).
Previous Helpdesk / Customer Service experience (ideally supporting IT / Software applications).
Good working knowledge of IT (Internet browsers, Excel, Microsoft Office, mobile devices, GPS & GSM networks).
Highly customer focused with a good Automotive knowledge.
Enthusiastic and proactive problem solving ability.
Experience of using call logging software.
Good personal organizational skills and attention to detail.
High degree of integrity.
Self-motivated and positive attitude.
Proactive and confident approach to delivering excellent customer service.
