We’d love to hire an Happiness Engineer Intern that will have one goal : Making our customers feel awesome! This role stresses the importance of being a better partner with the customer and establishing a solid relationship with each account during every touch point.

So, are you the go-to person for technical support when nobody else knows what to do? Do you love solving the deepest, gnarliest tech problems out there?

What You'll Learn :

  • Engineering best practices like : rapid prototyping, intuitive UI design, code reviews, continuous integration, agile development methodologies
  • To evaluate feedback and data coming from end users in real time and use that to set direction and priorities
  • How to gauge the real world impact of the tools you make and know you're making a difference
  • Programming using a wide range of languages including C#, CSS3, HTML5, AngularJS and various other web technologies
  • What You Could Do :

  • As a Happiness Engineer Intern you get to know the entire suite of our products
  • You will be responsible for delivering a technical support service that is above and beyond the expectations of our customers
  • You will hit that sweet spot between a technical and a customer facing role
  • You will be working with a wide range of customers to help identify and resolve product related issues and you will be responsible for owning them until resolution
  • You will verify bugs and work with the development team on providing fixes
  • You will help us to improve how we do support and influence product direction based on customer feedback
  • You will help us building and foster a "customer first" culture
  • Skills We're Looking For :

  • A keen drive for urgency and "get your work done" attitude
  • Top notch written and verbal English skills along with a comfort communicating with customers
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL skills
  • Knowledge of C#, Web Services, JavaScript, HTML
  • Strong triage skills, innovative problem solving and logical decision making
  • Strong personal initiative and an internal temperature gauge for urgency
  • A relentless passion for quality and customer service
  • An awesome customer-service approach
  • The ability to always remain cool in difficult situations
  • Nice To Have :

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
  • Experience with Agile and Lean software development methodologies
