Manage the operational activities of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ensuring the company can make the most out of marketing opportunities.
This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the operations, configuration, maintenance, and support of CRM databases.
You are responsible for
1. Current promotional requirements for Romania
2. Supporting global loyalty program launch and maintaining triggers and promotional emails based on global blueprint
3. Write briefs for new emails that will need to be deployed based on category needs
