In this role, you have the opportunity to

Manage the operational activities of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ensuring the company can make the most out of marketing opportunities.

This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the operations, configuration, maintenance, and support of CRM databases.

You are responsible for

  • Activates CRM strategies across categories that enable customer engagement, retention and customer loyalty
  • Test all emails campaigns before they are delivered to the customers and ensures the final content ensures a positive consumer experience
  • Be the subject matter expert on the email program in Romania, including but not limited to :
  • 1. Current promotional requirements for Romania

    2. Supporting global loyalty program launch and maintaining triggers and promotional emails based on global blueprint

    3. Write briefs for new emails that will need to be deployed based on category needs

  • Working closely with all categories / departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company
  • Compile reports for the email program and extract insights so we can identify opportunities for improvements
  • Also responsible for compiling monthly recap documents shared out to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor and maximize customer data, making sure we sustainably grow our digital reachable contacts database

    The Digital Marketing SEE team and you will be based in our office in Bucharest.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Analytical skills and eye for detail
  • Digital knowledge
  • Fluent English
  • Good Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas)
  • Able to work 40h / week
  • Good organizational skills
  • Multitasking and flexibility
  • Experience in marketing would be an asset
